AIMS:
To provide information, advice, help and support to
disabled people living in South Lanarkshire.
SERVICES PROVIDED:
- Campaigning for access to training, employment,
transport, housing services and public buildings
- Provide a strong local voice on disability issues
- Benefit clinics are held twice weekly (Tuesdays and
Thursdays) within the forum, where confidential advice and
assistance with filling in benefit forms is available
- This service offers information and advice on the
Independent Living Fund
- Access audit consultation
- Conference / training rooms facilities.
OPENING HOURS:
Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 4.30pm
Friday, 9.00am - 4.00pm.
CATCHMENT AREA:
South Lanarkshire.

Strathclyde Autistic Society
Offer help and information for anyone who has autistic
spectrum disorder and their carers

AIMS:
The Society is a parent led charity who's aim is to support
individuals on the autistic spectrum from childhood to
adulthood and their carers.
SERVICES PROVIDED:
- Strathclyde Autistic Society has a Family Support Worker,
and an Aspergers Co-ordinator
- Offer help and information to anyone who has autistic
spectrum disorder and their carers
- Run a playscheme during the school holidays
- Provide home support for clients who need respite.
MEMBERSHIP / COSTS:
Membership fee is ?5.00 per annum.

Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
