AIMS:
To provide free, confidential and impartial information to anyone on a wide range of issues

SERVICES PROVIDED:
Services include checking entitlement to benefits, revisions and appeals tribunals, employment advice, housing advice, legal, consumer and debt advice. Help can also be given with form filling and letter writing.
Community mediation service also provided.

OPENING HOURS:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 9.30am - 12.30pm and 2.00pm - 4.00pm
Wednesday, 9.30am - 12.30pm and from 2.00pm - 4.00pm in the afternoon is for appointments only
Thursday, 9.30am - 12.30pm (appointments only)
Saturday, 10.30am - 1.00pm.

Charlotte House office: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 9.30am - 12.30pm and Friday, 9.30am - 12.00pm and 2.00pm - 4.00pm.
